Medical Chart

Overview-The Medical chart displays a list of medical records for this patient. The default view shows the records in chronological order with most recent at the top.

Click on any of the Column Headers and sort the entries by that column.

Generate Invoice Button - Opens a list of all medical records for the primary contact of this patient that have not yet been invoiced. Select the records from the list, click select, and an invoice (or invoices if multiple owners are active) will be automatically generated.

Add new Record Button - Opens new medical record dialog with patient and contact pre-selected.
