Overview-Edit and reference patient information.

Status- Select Active, Potential or inactive to further categorize patients. Inactive patients are not included in selection menus.

Number- Computer generated, or user editable.

Added By- Computer generated - shows who created the record.

Created- Computer generated - shows when the record was created.

Update- Computer generated - shows when the record was last altered.

Name- Patient's name.

Display- Select the name or nickname to be displayed throughout the program.

Identification- Add specific identification about the patient. Right click on the arrow in any combo box and create or edit selections. Age is automatically computed from date of birth if given.

Notes- Add notes about the patient.

Notices- Add a reminder for this patient.

Reminders- Display a list of reminders pending for this Patient.
