Overview- Create prescriptions either stand-alone or derived from a Medical Record. Specifically designed to accomodate a non-default label printer for labeling prescription containers.

Toolbar

  • Email Options- Set options for emailing this form.
  • Email- Email this form.
  • Page Setup- Set the print options for this form.
  • Print Preview- Preview the form as it will appear printed.
  • Print- Print the form to a connected printer.
Added By- Computer generated- shows who created the record

Created- Computer generated - shows when the record was created

Update- Computer generated - shows when the record was last altered.

Provider- Prescribing physician. Use the lookup button to locate and select.

Patient- Use the lookup button to locate and select.

Species- Select species from the combo box.
Contact - Use the lookup button to locate and select.

Phone- Contact phone number.

Desc- Contact location description.

Address- Contact location address.

New Reminder- Add a reminder tor this prescription.

Reminders- List of reminders associated with this prescription.

Product- Name of the product being administered.

Rx Date- Treatment date.

Expiration- Product expiration date.

Refills- Number of refills available.

Instructions- Detailed usage instructions.

Product Notes- Notes regarding this product. Enter text and or populate automatically from inventory Product notes. The first text block delimited by double quote characters from the product Inventory record is automatically copied to this edit box
