Created- Computer generated - shows when the record was created.

Update- Computer generated - shows when the record was last altered.

Company- Enter the company name as you would like it to appear on purchase orders and other forms.

Address Info- Enter the address information for the vendor.

Map Button- If connected to the internet, pinpoints the location on an online map.

Contact- The contact at the vendor and their title.

Phone- The contact telephone information.

Telephone button- If you have telephone connectivity you may automatically place a phone call.

Email- The company email address.

Mail button- Sends email to addressee.

Web Page- The company's website address

Web Button- Opens the web page using your default browser.
